Die K&S Schülerin Soha Janett qualifizierte sich an den Juniorenweltmeisterschaften in Leysin mit einem hervorragenden Run als Fünfte für den Final im Halfpipe Event. Auch im Final lief es ihr gut und Soha wurde trotz sehr starker Konkurrenz hervorragende Sechste. Wenn man bedenkt, dass sie als 14-jährige mit 18-jährigen am Start war, lässt das für die Zukunft hoffen. Wir sind stolz auf unser Boarder-As und drücken für die letzten Events in diesem Winter (SM in diversen Disziplinen) fest die Daumen für erfolgreiche Läufe. Go for it, Soha!
The 2022 FIS Park & Pipe Junior World Championships are set to go down from March 7-13, 2022, in Leysin (SUI), where the world’s best up-and-coming free skiers and snowboarders are on hand and ready to battle it out for this year’s medals in halfpipe, big air and slopestyle.
Leysin 2022 snowboard action will also kick off with with halfpipe qualifications on Monday and finals on Tuesday, followed by slopestyle qualifications on Wednesday, March 9, and slopestyle finals on Thursday, and will finally wrapping up with big air qualifications on Saturday and big air finals on Sunday.
